We took our annual summer trip to Disneyland in June. Tory stayed home with Kambree cause you know Troy loves Disneyland sooooo much! he wold rather stay home wit her and just look at all the pictures of the happiest place on earth! Me, Kage, Kenlee and my mom all went. Kenlee was tall enough to go on all most all rides but 3 and she loved them all. She even wanted to go on the ones she was not tall enough for and when I told her she could not she could throw a fit! We went down to Sea World for a day. The kids loved that. I obviously was not thinking this day cause about half way through the day Kager said my ears hurt mom. So I realized I had not put sunscreen on them for I ran to the store and bought some and put it all over them but I was too late. The next day he woke up with big blister on his ear! What a great mom I am I felt so bad. I never go with out sun screen on my kids don't know what I was thinking I guess I was in just in vacation mood and enjoying myself!! Thanks to Troy for staying home a keeping Kam. My kids love Disneyland so much they are already planning the next trip we can't wait to go back!!!!

Kenlee loves all the characters. It is so hard to get her away from them. She hugs them and kisses them and hugs them and kisses them and it goes on forever! I am sure everyone in line thinks it is cute at first then they get annoyed I am sure when it is 10 minutes later and she is still doing it. LOL

Crazy driver. Last yer I bump into my mom and Kage really hard. So this year they would not let me follow them they followed us, but I did fee a bump a few times from them.

Kenlee favorite ride was driving the car on autopia. She would laugh the whole time. Everyday all day long she would ask to go on the car ride. The day we were leaving we even had to go back into Disneyland to go on it before we headed home!

My mom hates the jungle cruise ride!! She always tries to find an excuse not to go on it. Of coarse we always get the biggest dork to drive our boat.. But I guess they are all dork when they try to be funny!! Well the kids did talk her to go on it once so here they are look how happy my mom looks!!

We went to lunch one day to Ariel's Grotto. That way we don't' have to stand in the long line to see the princesses we get to see them all here and we get a good lunch!! So everyone scores!!

Grandma bought Kenlee a new princess shirt to wear to see all the princesses.Kage is such a good sport to get his picture with all the princess also. I told him since we pay so much to go there we are getting our money worth so he has to Skeleton hat and gloves!

We went to Goofy Kitchen for dinner. Got to love this then we don't have to stand in line for all the charaters. My kids love it cause it is a buffet and they can go get there own and go back as many times as they want!!

On Saturday we went to Sea World. It was a fun day very hot but fun! Not so fun the next day for Kage with blisters on his ears! I have to say he was really good about it he did not even know the blister were there until I told him then even then he said they did not hurt. Poor kid!!

I am really behind on my blog Kenlses's birthday was March 26th and I am just getting around to doing. She has a week packed full of fun. On Thursday she had her friend party, Friday was her actual birthday we went to pirates island for pizza then to the flash game where the Flash Fox gave her a present (that was the highlight for her for sure!) Then on Saturday we had a family party at Chuck E Cheese then on Sunday we had dinner at our house for my family cause Amanda and my dad could not make it to Chuck E Cheese. By the time the week was over I was ready for a vacation. She had a great time that is all that counts. She got tons of great presents her favorite being the I-Pod touch and a new bike. Kenlee has learned so much over the last year. She is talking so much better and know so many more signs. She sometimes does a sign I don't know and I have to go to her teacher to see what it mean. She loves to play with her baby doll and stroller and loves her purse. She has it packed full of JUNK I call it but she calls it her treasures. Half the time she finds every bit of money I have in my purse and Troy has in his wallet and we find it in her purse! She loves her baby sister Kambree and and her big brother Kage so much. She loves pizza hot dogs and any kind of pasta. She love the princesses and Mickey Mouse. On of her favorite things to do is to sing and dance and she has got some good moves she gets them from her daddy! She is such a sweet girl she loves to give hugs to everyone, especially her sitter that really don't like to receive them from her!! We are so glad Kenlee is a part of our family she always makes us laugh and smile! Happy Birthday Kenlee we love you !!!

Cruise 2010

Troy and I went on a cruise the first week of March with 8 other couples. We had 4 days at sea and we had 3 ports, Coco Cay Bahamas, St. Thomas and St. Maarten. We had the greatest time ever. Our trip started out by flying into Florida on Friday. When we arrived late Friday night we were with Travis, Susan, Bubba and Tara and sadly Travis's luggage dd not show up. early. Since we went a day early Our plans were to go to Universal Studios on that Saturday but since it was rainy and cold (I know in Florida it was cold) but it worked out good cause we were able to rent a car and just hang out and shop ! The rest of the time we did have good weather no rain some days a little windy but nothing that a hot tub and a pina colada could not help. Some of the highlights of the trip was dancing until 3:00 Am everyday. After dancing hanging out with our Jamaica buddy " The Milk Man" to drink chocolate milk and eat lots of treats. Eating at Johnny Rockets everyday.Sitting in the hot tub for hours and hours! Pina colada's. good conversations at the dinning room table. Laughing and laughing and laughing some more all day everyday!!! I could go on and on about all the fun times but look at these pictures they tell a good story! As most of you know Troy surprised me with this curse for Christmas!! BEST present ever THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU BABE!!! Thanks to my great family for taking care of our kids so we could go. (Sorry this post is so long but I could not cut out all the fun pictures we had)

MONDAY

Each day they have on the floor of the elevator the day of the week. I thought I would take a picture each day then start each day of my blog with that picture. But it is easy to lose track on time on vacation here is my perfect example. We went dancing Monday night right after we were done we went to the elevator to get the picture of Monday and it was already changed to Tuesday since it was 3:00 A.M.

Troy and Brandon were tired of pictures already and the trip just began so me Liz and I decided we would just have out picture together and leave them out of it. By the end of the trip I think had more pictures with Liz then with Troy! The joke was really on the guys after Liz and I were done with our picture together we would turn around and take one of Troy and Brandon together so they looked more like a couple then we did!!!

A day at sea

Johnny Rockets was one of the best things about the cruise!! We ate here at least once everyday. Fries, onion rings, cheeseburgers, chili cheese fries, shakes, apple pie....How much more do I need to say??!!

Me and Lisa went shopping together one night with a bunch of other girls from the cruise. I was at one end of the mall and Lisa was at the other end. When we met up we each had a shirt that was totaly differant in the front and totly differant style but had this same pattern in the back. Then we both walk out of our cabins for dinner one night and we both had on our shirt!

Troy and Bubba sang "Summer Lovin" at Kareokee one night!! Glad Bubba sang the girl part Troy don't look good in pink!

Troy went and signed the girls up to sing "Dancing Queen" . Bubba was our "Queen" . What a great sport.

When we got off the ship in St.Thomas we found Big Timmy's Taxi. He took us to a beach that was very scary pulling in to but the water was so pretty and the beach was nice just not the parking lot or the bars around it. We hung out on the Beach for a bit then Big Timmy took us on a tour around the island then shoppng. But we all could not wait to get back on the ship and eat Johnny Rockets!

Looks like shinny dresses were the thing of the night!!

Margo and I are rocking out so hard at 80's night both our arms are stuck through my necklace.

Troy was our sections team captain for "The Quest". The cruise director calls off an item and Troy had to find it from our section then take it to him to get the points. Our section won!!

The last thing to the quest was the guys had to take off their shirt put on a bra, heels and carry a purse and walk around the stage and then one at a time go out and dance in the middle of the floor!!! He was really showed off his dance moves!!

Our Jamaccan buddy Gaston. We would dance until 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning then go eat desert and have chocholate milk ( of coarse I would have a diet coke) and we would hang out with him.

Costco had a sledding party so we took the kids and went with Amanda, Sheryl and my mom. Ken went down with me on the 1st run and she cried the whole way up the hill and the whole way down. After that she was done. We watch out side for a bit then I took the girls into the lodge and sat by the warm fire, ate donuts and drank hot chocolate!! Kage had a blast. Grandma even had fun!!!

Kage's 9th Birthday!!!!

Kage had not just a day but a week celebrating for this birthday. It was not all planned but it just worked out that way. On Tuesday night Jan. 19th there was a Flash game and Troy had a bunch of tickets so a bunch of our friends went with us and took their kids. Then on Thursday Jan21st Kage had his birthday party with his friends. He wanted to go bowling so he could get a bowling pin!! Then on Friday Jan. 22nd. We went to the Flash game aging and Kage wanted to invite a few friends so we did and had a party there cause the Fox comae out and gave him donuts and they had a silly string fight! Finally on Saturday Jan. 23rd his actual birthday We went to Brick Oven for lunch, Trafalga to play and then to Red Mango for desert. WOW what a busy week!!!! By Saturday night I was ready for a vacation or a spa day!! It was a fun week. It is great that Kage has such great friends they all have so much fun together!

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2009

Christmas Eve we went to Troy's sister for great Mexican food and then the grand kids act out the christmas story. Each year they get a different part. This year Kage was a Shepard and Ken and Kam were angles. They were all so cute. Then my mom, dad and Amanda came over to spend the night at our house. Of course Santa found us and I think he left the whole sled!!! Kage got his DSI he wanted along with a million other things. Ken got the camera she asked for. She was so excited when she opened it she just started to scream and would not stop she was so happy!! Kam got a baby and lots of other fun toys. Troy got a I-pod touch which he was very surprised about. But my present had to be the best. We had a cruise planned with our friends in Saratoga and at the first part of December Troy decided we should cancel it. So of coarse I was very sad about it but I finally just come to grips with it that it will be OK we can go again some other time. But Christmas morning when all the present were opened he handed me 3 presents. The fist one was a letter from him that was soooo sweet it said I deserve this present to get me a break from the kids and everyday life. Then the next one was a boat or I should say ferry that was Kagers from Canada and a little toy airplane. So I said are we going to Canada???? Then the last one was a book of the Cruise we had book a while back with air plane tickets!! All I could say is this for real or is a joke. When he assured me it was it was the cruise we originally was going on he booked it and got the airfare without me knowing. I was so happy I was screaming like Ken was when she got her camera. It was the best surprise ever. What a great guy to do this for me hands down best Christmas ever!! I love you babe , thanks!!! Then after all the present we had breakfast Blake, Angie and Daxton all joined us. We got to play with all toys then off to my parents for lunch and of coarse more presents. Then even more present at my grandma from grandma and Aunt Ann. It was a fun day!!!

One of my best friends from high school is best photographer ever. She is always so nice to take our pictures. We went out to do birthday picture of Kam and I asked if she would take some family ones also since we were going to be there and look below what we got they are soooooo good!!

My baby girl is already one!! I am so sad where did the last year go. She is getting so big and already a little stinker. She is into everything, fighting with her brother and sister, throw fits and all the other fun stuff that comes with the toddle stage. Even though she is a little stinker at the sometime she is such a sweetie. She loves to give kisses and always has such a big smile with that cute dimple you can't help smiling back at her. She always makes our days bright. We had a big party with family and friends to help her celebrate. My mom, grandma and aunt come over early to help fix 3 different kinds of soup and and we cake and ice cream. It was a fun 1st birthday! Happy Birthday Kam we love you so much!!!!!!!!!

Halloween 2009!!

We had a busy Halloween day. We went to my parents, my grandma's, my aunt's then finally Troy's parents. Then after all that we came home and went trick-or-treating with our friends in Saratoga. The kids got enough candy to last until next year.

Of course grandma gave Kam the whole bowl and let her go at it. She was in heaven!!

The Erskin's know how to throw a party!! It was so much fun. The only bad part was I walked around all night in this Eve costume. Seriously look at me I look ridiculous and I walked around in it all night in front of our friends. I can't believe they are still friends with me when they seen me in this. The joke of the night was how my butt and other parts of my body looked in this costume!! It was a fun night. Thanks Jason and Lisa for the great party!!!!

5th annual Wride's Halloween party

It was our 5th annual Wride Halloween Party. We starting doing a Halloween party cause of Kage. He loves Halloween so 5 years he begged us to have a party so we agreed. We invited all my family and said everyone had to dress up. To our surprise everyone did dress up and we had a blast. Now every year everyone looks forward to the Wrides Halloween party. My kids love to be the host. We have lots of food and Kage plans lots of games but usually only a few of them are played. We all get to vote on the best costume. It usually is really hard to vote cause the costumes are all so good. I have never been a fan of Halloween but I have to say Kager has rubbed off on me and now I really get into it. Funny what kids can do to you!!

I was Bat Girl as Kage would say, Troy was Batman, Kager a Broncos football player, Kenlee a High School Musical cheerleader, and Kam was Tinkerbell.

Walking all over and 2 teeth. I can't believe how fast she is growing. She has 2 teeth already and I say already cause my other kids did not get their 1st tooth until they were 13 months old. She was only 11 months when the 1st one broke through. She also is walking everywhere. She still likes to crawl and for those who have seen her crawl it more like walk on her knees she don't use her hands. She is so much fun. Kambree thanks for always putting a smile on our face we love you!!!

Me and Kenlee had a girls day out and went shopping one Saturday. When we got home she decided she wanted to change her clothes and go outside to play. Let me set the scene it is late in the evening, it is October and it is not that warm outside. But she went with the short short short shorts, the Flash jersey and the boots just in case it snows!! Then she posed for the camera she loved to have her picture taken as you can see. I love this girl!!!

This year at the mascot bowl my kids had a blast. Kager took one of his best buddies Troy along and they had so much fun. Their favorite part was meeting the mascots. They each had a football for them to sign. Kager's Denver Broncos mascot was there so he was so excited about the. Kenlee is in love with the Flash Fox and he was there so she was so excited to see him.

Pig Wrestling Labor day 2009!!

That is right you read the title correctly PIG WRESTLING!! Now you think this post is going to be of maybe Troy pig wrestling. NO way it is of Kage, Troy and ME all Pig Wrestling on Labor Day. I know it sound gross and your right it is. My Brother-in-law and sister-in-laws and all their family was in charge of it so I kind of go volunteered to do it. My brother called and said I was on a team with Amanda my sister,my mom, and my sister-in-law Angie. Well when it came down to it my sister-in-law gave up her place to Troys sister Shelley cause she already had her turn with the pigs. Now if an one knows me at all they know I am not a PIG WRESTLER or should I ever even try but I did it. Kage did it with his cousin Madison and Hayden and a friend. They were Harry Potter Team. That is the other crazy thing about it your team has to have a name and then everyone on your team dresses up. Troys sister Shelley made them all cute Harry Potter costumes. Kage was so funny out there. He is tipping toes into the pen of course he does not want to get muddy but no choice in this situation. When they say start he walk really slow over to the pig and little Maddy the only girl on the team run over to the pig she is all over him. It was so cute. Kage touched him a few times but did not want to get to close to him I was yelling at him the whole time to grab him and pick him up. Well meanless to say they never got the pig in the barrel but I think it was fun for them. After it was over Kage said ""mom did you know pigs have hair!" It was so funny I guess you learn something new everyday. Then it was the guys turn. Troy and his team walked into the arena and 14 seconds later they had the pig in the barrel just like that!! I really did no even get muddy. I could not believe it. But the good news is they were in winners in the men's category. They won $200 not bad for getting a little muddy and 14 seconds later! Well now it is our turn. I seriously was so scared. I had butterflies so bad. We walk in the arena and the mud was soooo cold. When they gave the the OK to start we all ran over to the pig and he was mad he took off running around and we all went chasing him. Amanda had a hold him a few times. I did the splits and feel on my butt! Seriously it had to be so funny watching. Then there was a time or two I was right by the pig and I knew at the moment why Kage did not want to touch him he felt soooooo gross. A hairy, muddy pig YUCK!! I don't even want to hold a cute little CLEAN dog or cat why would I want to pick up a muddy pig! I just kept screaming and telling to Amanda he feels gross I don't want to touch him. My dad was right outside the pen yelling at me to just pick him up. I could not do it. One point Amanda, Shelley and my mom all had him in there arms and of coarse I was at the other end of the pen and they dropped him. I think that was when I did the splits and fell so I was trying to get up. I sure my little bit of muscles would not have helped out that much to get him in the barrel. But after 60 seconds of rolling around in the mud with the pig we did not get him in. It was fun cause I had a good laugh and I am sure I gave everyone else a good laugh. After we were done the fire department was there and they would spray you off. Next year my sister said I am not on her team she wants someone who will touch the MUDDY and HAIRY pig!!!!

Most of you heard that back in August after only having Snickers about a month and a half he was ran over by a car and died. It was not a good day in our house. I never, never, never even dreamed of crying over an animal especially a cat but I cried and I cried and I cried. When we told Kager about it and he was crying so hard and so upset over it I could not help it I was crying just as hard. I really was sad for the kitten but mostly so sad to see my son soooooo upset and I could not do anything about it. It was a long week but finally things started to get better just in time for our neighbor down street to call and say they had baby kittens they were giving a way and one looked just like our Snicker. We went to look at them and of coarse Kager and Kenlee fell in love with her. So we are once again a 2 cat family again. She is so cute and my kids love her. Her and Doodles even like each other. But I do need to get both of them fixed or else we are going to be having babies of our own!!!

Fun times on the Boat!

We knew summer was coming to an end so we took advantage of August and tried to go out on the boat as often as we could. I finally got up on the wake board. Now I did not say I am good once I get up but I get up. I am out of control. I am doing tricks hat I don't want to do so I am screaming and half the time I just let go cause I get so scared cause of the tricks I am doing!! All the soar muscles and trying again and again finally paid off.

It is Kenlees turn to start school. She was so excited to get to go to school today. She has a great teach Mrs. Boothe and she has all her little friends in her class and I get a few hours of peace and quite, well I still have Kam but hopefully she will nap !!! LOL

Seriously where does the time go. I cant believe my little boy (not little any more) is starting 3rd grade. It make me so sad how fast he is growing up. He was so excited to go on the 1st day. His teacher is Mr. Goodman and that was exactly the teacher he wanted. I am going to be the room mom for his class this year and he thought that was great. I have never been a room mom so wish me luck!!!

By in July the girls went out to last chance for a sleep over then lots of skiing. I was in California so I did not get to go. But since school was starting soon we know we need to go one last time so we could get a break aways from our darling children and great husband!!! It was the funnest time ever. We laughed so hard and scared ourselves so bad we thought someone was there to kill us with chimes!!! Liz made the best spinach dip ever and we sat around eating, talking and laughing all night long. Margo reminded us that we need to get to bed so we can hit the lake at the crack of dawn. We begged her to not wake us up until at least 9:00 AM. So about 2:00 AM we were in bed but that did not stop us from talking and laughing we still talked for probably another hour. The next morning we got up ate breakfast then we hit the lake. It was so nice to get up to such pretty lake that was like glass!!! Everyone was so nice and patient to let me try over and over and over again. By the time we left my arms and wrist hurt so bad I could not believe it. I knew if they hurt this bad and we have not even started the drive home then there was no way I was going to even be able to get out of bed tomorrow. But it was worth the pain for the fun I had!!! Thanks girls for the great time can't wait to do it again!!!

I am so scared. I tried Margo's new ski forever and could not get up. Then Susan had her ski so I tried it and I was so close to getting up. I wanted to keep going ti was so much fun but my arms felt like they were going to fall off. I did not thick I was even going to be able to pull my self into the boat. Thanks to everyone for the advice and letting spend most of the time trying. I tried to waked also . I got up once but was really wobbly. I guess we have another excuse to do another girls night out there so I can try again.

Just got done skiing so relaxing with Liz. Liz just had surgery on her hand so she just got to sit on the boat relax and get some sun lucky girl!! Next time she is getting in I can't wait to see her ski!!

We went to the Bees baseball game. Kage brought his friend Troy to go with us. They had a blast. They had fire works after the game then the boys got to go out on the field and run the bases. It was a fun night.

July 29th, 2 days shy of being 9 months old Kam fell and split her eye open and had to get stitches. It was 9 o'clock at night and Kage and Ken just got out of the shower and was hungry. I was just walking back int the bathroom to get Kam so I could go get their pajamas on and feed them. Kam was standing up to the shower watching Troy. I was about 10 steps from her and she fell and hit her eye on a little marble edge. Of course once I seen the blood I started to freak out. Troy jumped out the shower with shampoo in his hair and soap all over him and he was trying to help but could not do much with the soap all over him. I tried to put a wash cloth on it to stop the bleeding but she did not want us to get near it. Kager was all upset and crying and so that made Ken upset so all 3 kids were crying it was one of those times you think is this really happening. Anyways we decide to take her to the hospital my sister meet us at the hospital to pick up Kage and Ken and bring them back home. When we got back to see the doctor he said we should put her out while he is stitching her up it cause it is right by her eye and he wants her to be very still. Since they were putting her out we had to wait for a respiratory therapist to get there and they had to hook her up to some monitors on her and so that took about an hour. Then they came in gave her the shot with the medicine to put her out they said it would only take about 60 second she would be gone. Well 5 minutes later she is still crying like crazy. So they wait for about 15 minutes and decide to give her another dose of it. After about 5 minutes after the 2nd dose she started to settle down a little bit but the doctor said he thinks that is as settled as she is going to get. She was in an other work but it still took a nurse Troy to hold her still. She had to have 6 stitches. It was so hard to watch her. After she was done they said the medicine would take about 2 to 3 hours to wear off. Well with her she was so restless and crying and her heart rate was high so they had to keep her until her heart rate came down. After about an hour after they did the stitches her heart rate was down but she was not her self they let us go home cause maybe her own bed would help her out. She fell asleep as soon as we started to drive home by this time it was 2:00 AM. The next morning when she got up she was so drugged up she could not even sit up . She was so funny you could tell she was in another world. She took a 5 hours nap that day to helped get all the drugs out of her system. Then we had to get them out 6 days later. She happened to go to her doctor for her 9 months check up so they took them out there. It was so sad. The stitches were so small it was hard for her to get them out. It was just as bad as putting them in but this time she did not have any drugs in her. Then after that she had to have her 9 month old shots. Poor little thing she has had a rough week. Now I never want to put her down I am afraid she is going to fall. I guess that is life but it is so hard to see your kids hurt.

Disneyland

In July me, Kage, Kenlee and my mom went to California for 10 days. My great husband stayed home and kept Kambree. It was such a fun trip. I love Kam to dead but it was so much easier not taking her. The kids had a ball. Kenlee was tall enough to go on about all the rides so it was nice no one had to sit and wait with her. She was not to sure about the rides. Some she would cry little but was a good sport and go back on them. She loved Big Thunder Railroad. Of course her favorite part was all the characters especially the princesses. Kage loves it all the rides, characters and just being at the happiest place on earth makes him happy. We also went to Legoland one day and Universal Studios one day. We had a great time.

Our first day we went to Ariel's Grotto for dinner. We went so we could see all the princesses for Kenlee and we would not have to stand in line. It was so worth it. Kage was a good sport and went with no complaining. We took him to Goofy Kitchen later in the week to make up for it.

Kenlee loved Minnie. When we got there Minnie was dancing and Ken ran over and started to Dance with her then she wanted to kiss and hug her no stop. Then Minnie came over to our table to sign their autograph books and Ken did not want her to leave. Minnie was cute with her and hung out with her for a while.

On Saturday July 18th we went to Universal Studios. My kids loved the shows and the rides. The animal show was their favorite. You get to see the animals that star in movies and commercials. In fact we we went to that show 2 times. It was a fun day.

Legoland

We went to Legoland on Wednesday July 15th. Last year we went but we got there really late and they close early so we were only there a few hours. My kids wanted to go back so we can see it all. Kage loves Lego's. He loves to look at all the thing made from Lego's. It is fun but the lines to the rides are sooo long. The have an aquarium next to it and we had tickets to go to it so we went to it also. The kids like that. The worse part was when we can out we had a flat tire!!! Seriously I wanted t cry. We found a towing company hat would come and fix it for $50. That was a great deal we told them to come and do it. We wait for about 45 minutes for them to get there and when he got there he asked me for my tools. I said what tools he said there is special tools I need to get the spare down. Well we looked everywhere I called Troy he did not know what he was talking about. He said he could try to pump up the tire and hopefully it would get us somewhere but it was still $50. I wanted to cry. I called Troy and he said he would make some calls and get back to me. Well in the meantime I asked it I could get the tools from an other suburban would that work he said probably. Well by this time the park was way past closed and only a few cars in the parking lot 2 of the cars were suburbans. As he started to put air in i seen the people getting into their suburban way across the parking lot. I ran as fast as I could over to them. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I could not even talk by the time I got to them. But they were so nice and they found the tools I needed and they worked. By this time it was over 2 hours since we been at our car. But we were just grateful it worked out. The next day Troy called and said I found your tools you needed in my Truck. That is a great spot for them!!!! So the next day we spend the morning at Big O Tire getting the tire fixed.

It is so amazing they have the Las Vegas Strip in Lego's.

Kage wanted to go this ride so bad but you got wet and no one wanted to go with him so he want by himself. It looked fun but I did not want to get wet.

I grew up in a small town. They have a celebration ever year on the 4th of July. They have a breakfast, a little parade, game and crafts for the kids. Kage rode his 4 wheeler and Ken rode her car in the parade they both threw candy and they thought that was great. After the parade Kage and Kenlee played games and made some crafts . Then everyone played baseball. After all that fun we had a barbecue at my moms. Then Kage and I went to the Stadium of Fire to see the Jones Brothers. It was fun to get to go and spend time with Kager. I have pictures of the Stadium of Fire but who knows where If i find them I will have to put them up but for now there are the pictures of the rest of the day.

Our friends the Lybberts cat had a litter of kittens. Of coarse as soon as they were born we had to go see them and my kids feel in love with them. Any one who knows me knows that's I am NOT an animal lover what so ever. I don't want to touch them look at them or especially own one. But since I am such a great mother (ha ha ha) my kids talked me into getting one. Well this is how it happened. Kage asked Margo how much they were and Margo said they are FREE!!!! Kage could not believe it. I went over to their house to pick him up from playing one day and he came running up to me saying Margo said the kittens are free can we get one. Well I thought Margo liked me or more than that but I guess not!!!!!! I told him I had to have a talk with Margo then we would see. Well of coarse after they were FREE I gave in and said yes he could have one and he choose Snickers right away. After they were about 8 weeks old and ready to come home we went and bought them bed ,food and toys. The night before we went over to pick Snickers up Kage was over there playing and I get a phone call. It is Kage he wanted to know if tomorrow when we pick up Snickers if we an have Doddle's too!! Because Margo said Doddle's was FREE also!! Are you kidding me!!!!! Well being the sucker I am we now are the proud owners of Snickers and Doodle!!!!After about a month Snickers ran away and was gone for 2 days. It was the longest 2 days of Kages life. We hung up sign everywhere. But thanks to Lindsay he was found!! They are doing good still trying to get used to being a pet owner. But the kids love them soooo much!! Thanks to the Lybberts for kittens!!! Just remember pay backs are not fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kager has been playing baseball and he loves it. He loves to play everywhere. His favorite positions have been pitch and catcher. He also hit a home run!!! Great job Kager!!

We have been so busy we have not gone out on the boat as much as we would like. Kager did not see at all last year but we talked him into trying it again this year and he got right up and stayed up forever. He did so good. Troy loves to wake board here it a picture of him getting up.

Our good friends own a private lake names Last Chance. They had a wake board competition out there and we went out to watch it. It was my first time out to the lake since it has been full. It was so much fun. It is such a great place. The kids has so much fun and so did we. Thanks for the invite. For pack night this month the scouts had a boat race. Kager and Troy made his the Jazz boat. He had fun making it and more fun racing it. He got to race it 4 different times . He did really good.

We went to the Zoo the first part of June. My kids loved. Even Kam thought it was fun. She loved to watch the animals.

What kid does not want to go to grandmas? My kids beg my to take them to grandma and grandpas house. Here is a few reason why. First grandma spoils Kam by holding her tight and keeping her warm. Then when she is warmed up she give her a sucker! Oh did Kam ever like that. SHE LOVED IT!!!! You can see how much she loved it look at her face. Don't worry grandma had to clean her up!

Kages piano recital June 2009

Kage had is piano recital on June 3, 2009. He played Money cant buy you everything. He did such a great job. He is quite the piano player. Kenlee was so funny after he was done she was clapping and screaming so loud and yelling "yeah D" ( D is what she calls him) . Everyone was laughing so hard at her. You would have though she was at a Hannah Montana concert. It was cute how proud she was of him. I was proud of him to, great job bud!!!!

It is official my baby can crawl!! I am so sad. She was already scooting and rolling everywhere. She could get around pretty good by dong this and she could get into everything now she is really crawling so now she is really into everything. I can't believe how fast time goes by I felt like I just had her now she is eating every little thing she can find on the floor and into everything she can see!! She is a little determined spit fire, she get wants she wants. Of course all of us don't help her out. Her personality is so strong. She will scream if she don't get her way and she throws her head back and throws a fit already oh boy I am in for it!!!

Today was the last day of school. I am not sure if I am happy or sad about that. It is nice for a few days then after Kage and Kenlee start fighting every second I will be ready for them to go back!!! We spent the day at the pool then Kager played with his friends and Kenlee played outside. I could not get her out of her swim suit. Summer time is here!!!!!!!!

Is school really out? Where did that school year go? I can't believe Kage is going to be a 3rd grader and Kenlee is done with 1 year of preschool already! Time goes by so fast. Kager class had a class museum. Each student displayed a few things that they had been working on throughout the year. It was fun to go see what Kager worked on all year. He had a animal poster and his animal was a rattle snake. My favorite animal ever, NOT!!! He had a pod cast, a plant, poems, picture and stories . He did such a great job! We are so proud of you Kage and all you have accomplished! Now it is a fun summer then off to 3rd grade!! Kenlee had a teddy bear picnic for her preschool class. She got to take her favorite stuffed animal and she took her build a bear dog dressed as Cinderella and her name is rella. They sang songs, watch a slide show of pictures them all year long, then got to play outside and share treats that each of them brought.

Kenlee don't take a nap everyday (I wish she did) but she will go for a few days then she gets so grumpy so she finds her blankets and plops down on the kitchen floor, the kitchen table, Kambree's swing, the ottoman, the family room floor, just about anywhere and goes fast a sleep. Some of the places I feel so bad I know she cant be comfortable but I just leave her alone cause the minute I would touch her she would wake up.

For Mothers Day I gave my mom a bike trailer to pull the grand kids in. This last weekend I took Kage out to spend the weekend at my parents so my dad hooked up the trailer so my mom could test it out. It was a little cold and it was raining off and on but we bundled Ken and Kam up and put them in it. Kenlee thought it was the greatest, Kam on the other hand was not to sure. If my mom stopped she started to cry but as long as she was going she was OK. Then on Sunday my brother and my sister-in -law blessed their little cute Baby Dax. He wore the same outfit his daddy wore when he was blessed. Since I am 11years older then Blake I remember his blessing day and remember him wearing that outfit. I cant believe I just admitted that it makes me sound old. It was a fun day Dax looked so cute in his little tux.

Kenlee had her dance recital on May 16, 2009. The theme was Mama Mia. Her little class did 2 dance. One of the dances was to Dancing Queen. They were soooo cute. You never know what you are going to get from 4 year olds but everyone of them did so good. Kenlee is a crack up she loves to dance, she was a little show off out there.

I had such a great Mothers Day, very busy but good. My 3 adorable kids and my hot hubby gave me the cutest cards, 3 shirts and jewelry to go with my shirts, Kenlee made me a present in school and Kager made me a few presents in school. What more can a mom ask for.

Easter 2009!!

We had a busy Easter. The kids got up early to see what the Easter Bunny brought. They had to go on a egg hunt to find their Easter basket. Then we went out to my parents where my mom fixed dinner then she hides eggs with money in them so the kids love that. Usually everyone gets to find them but since there is now 4 grandkids she only let the grandkids find them. Then we went to Troys parents where we had dinner again and the kids had another Easter egg hunt. It was a fun day!!

Once again I am so way far behind on my blog. Alot has happened in the last few months. Kambree final takes a bottle!!! It was a 3 week fight with her to take that bottle. No matter what we did she would not take it. Our good friends Tara and Bubba even took her for a few hours one afternoon to See if they could get her to take one and she was good for them but would not take it even then. It took Troy sleeping down stairs with her for 2 night and not seeing me for a few day then he finally took it. It was the longest 3 weeks of my life!!!! My brother and his wife had there baby boy, Daxten Blake Jolley. He is so cute and has a lot of hair. I am his favorite aunt already. It is fun for my kids to finally have a cousin on my side. My kids were the only grandkids until now. Kenlee don't like it much cause now she had to share grandma with Kage, Kam and now Dax!!! Kager lost his first teeth. Well he had to have them pulled. One night he came up to me and said mom I have a set of teeth growing behind my other teeth. I looked in his mouth and sure enough on the bottom his permanent teeth were all the way in behind his baby teeth. We took him to the dentist and they pulled the 4 bottom ones. He was not very excited about having them pulled but he did so good! I was the one who was over in the corner not looking stressing out. Since I am behind I thought I would just post some random pictures of the family over the last few months.
